How do I reprogram the DE10?This requires the programming kit (Protool DE) or sending it to SIKO Products for re-programming at no charge.
How do I know my number of counts per turn?Ideally the number of counts per turn matches the movement created with one complete turn of the threaded screw. So this number is based on the pitch of the threads. As an example, if the pitch of the threads if 4 per inch, one turn should indicate "000.25" on the counter.
